In Detail
How Each One Works
-
Somebody Already Doing The Work
A sabbatical appointment brings somebody who is already experienced in the area you need into your church for a season, for up to one year.
-
Whatever Length The Work Needs
Staffing is arranged at whatever length the work actually needs, on a stipend or a salary: a long-term appointment, a short-term cover, or a single assignment.
-
Learning The Work By Being In It
Internships and apprenticeships put somebody inside a working ministry for a season, under somebody who is already doing it.
One Body
We reject individual isolation, tribalism, and competition within the global and local Church. Instead, we operate under the “One Body” ethos, recognizing that our collective impact relies entirely on interdependent cooperation under the leadership of Jesus Christ.
