This site sets no cookies, loads no tracker and makes no request to any third party. The fonts, the scripts and every image are served from this domain. The server keeps a count of pages viewed and forms sent, with no name attached to it, so the network can see which pages are working.

The forms on this site send what you type to Kingdom Alliance Global Network so that somebody can reply to you. Nothing typed into them is shared with anyone outside the network, and nothing is used to advertise to you.

What a form sends is your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your country, your organisation if you give one, your message, which page you were on and when. Alongside those, each form keeps the answers it actually asks for: which course or track you are interested in, how long for, where you could go, what you could offer, and so on. It is all emailed to the network, and it is also kept in the network's own system so that your application can be followed through rather than lost in an inbox.

Who sees it: the people running the network, and the team member looking after your application. It is not sold, not shared outside the network and not used to advertise to you.

The membership form has a second, entirely optional section called Tell us about you. If you fill any of it in, we keep your work or trade, any role you have in a church or ministry, skills you said you would offer, your marital status, how many children are at home and which age groups they are in, and your hobbies. We ask for age groups and never for a child's name or date of birth, and we do not keep one. We use it to plan events, services and opportunities that fit the people actually in the network.

A role in a church or ministry says something about your religious beliefs, which the law treats as a special category of personal data. That is why that section has its own consent box, unticked, separate from the consent you give for the rest of the form: nothing in it is kept unless you tick it, and the form sends perfectly well with the whole section left blank. Being listed in a future members' skills and trades directory is a second, separate box, also unticked, because telling us your trade and agreeing to be findable by it are two different things. Nothing is listed anywhere yet.

Those answers are kept while you are a member and for a year afterwards, they are readable only by the person running the network's records, and they are never shown anywhere on this website. Email hello@kingdomallianceglobalnetwork.com and we will delete them, or withdraw your consent, without affecting your membership.

The counselling and the mediation forms are treated differently, because what people write on them is different. What you send through either one is encrypted where it is stored, is readable only by the network's administrators and not by other staff, is never included in any export or report, and every single time it is opened that is recorded. It is not used to train or improve the website assistant.

How long it is kept: applications and enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they arrive, unless you have become a student, an intern, a volunteer or a partner, in which case the record is part of that relationship and is kept while it lasts. The 24 months is a setting the network can shorten.

The sign up, log in, basket and checkout pages are a design demonstration. No account is created, no password is stored and no payment is taken anywhere on this site.

The website assistant, the chat button in the corner, saves the questions people ask and the answers it gives. We use them to correct wrong answers and to write better ones, which is why the assistant asks you not to type anything sensitive into it. The chat is stored on this server and is not shared with anyone outside the network. If you ask to speak to a person, the conversation and the name, email and phone number you give are emailed to the network so somebody can reply. The assistant never asks for details about a child, and nothing about a child should ever be typed into it.

If you want anything you have sent removed, write to hello@kingdomallianceglobalnetwork.com and say so. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to quote a reference. The network can delete a person and every application, note and tag attached to them in one action, and will tell you what was removed. The same address is the one to write to if you want to know what is held about you, or to correct it.
