Questions
Questions People Ask First
One of these does not have an answer written down yet. We are not going to invent one.
What Is Kingdom Alliance Global Network?
A global network providing ministerial support, spiritual edification and practical ministry resources for a unified international church body. It was founded in March 2022 by Stephen and Nora Ashton, and Minister Nora Ashton, and it provides immersive internships, education and training, and ministry placements across the UK and Europe, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, the USA and Canada.
What Is The Internship?
An 80% internship, 20% academic programme. You serve in a real church or ministry placement while receiving training, mentorship and spiritual support, guided by a Line Manager, a Personal Mentor and a KAGN Area Coordinator.
How Long Is An Internship?
Three months for a Certificate, six months for a Certificate, or one year for an Advanced Leadership Diploma. Each pathway is tailored to your season of life and ministry goals.
What Are The Ministry Tracks?
Nine of them: Worship, Creative Arts, Media, Teaching, Evangelism & Preaching, Counselling, Sports, Young People & Children, and Administration. Every intern serves in one Ministry Track alongside their core training.
How Much Do The Courses Cost?
Ask us and you will get the real answer. This one is not written down yet and we are not going to invent it.
Do I Have To Leave My Denomination?
No. The network is non-denominational and it sits alongside the church you are already part of rather than in place of it.
Where Is KAGN Based?
Two offices. Cherry Tree in Royston, Hertfordshire, in the United Kingdom, and The Ark Centre on 9th Estate Rd in Kanda, Accra, Ghana, where the Education and Training Campus is.
How Do I Get The Link For A Weekly Prayer Meeting?
Ask for it. Joining links are sent on enquiry rather than published, so the rooms stay the network's own. Use the form on the weekly prayer schedule page and say which gathering you would like to join.
Can Our Church Host An Intern?
Yes. Churches, ministries, organisations and other approved institutions can partner with KAGN to host interns, sponsor a life or support training and placements. The partner enquiry form is the place to start.
Is There An App?
Not yet. The app shown on this site is a concept, drawn to show what it would carry. Nothing is downloadable and nothing has been submitted to a store.
How Quickly Will Somebody Reply?
We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Do I Need To Be A Christian?
We're a Christian organisation, and everyone is welcome. You don't need to be a Christian to volunteer, join the college, or take part in an internship.
