Kingdom Alliance Global Network is a premier global training hub, corporate consultancy, and strategic catalyst dedicated to fostering structural development, leadership alignment, and educational excellence worldwide.
To best serve our borderless mandate, our organization operates under a deliberate, dual-structured framework: we are formally registered as a Private Limited Company (LTD) in the United Kingdom to spearhead international consultancy and enterprise, and as a dedicated Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in Ghana to directly facilitate community transformation, local empowerment, and public sector initiatives on the ground.
In plain words: we are a UK company and a Ghanaian NGO, which lets us do business consultancy internationally and community work on the ground in Ghana.

Rather than learning through theory alone, interns spend the majority of their time in practical local placement, serving within a host church while receiving continuous training, mentorship, fellowship and spiritual support from KAGN.

The Support Network
You Are Never On Your Own
Every intern is supported by a Line Manager, a Mentor and an Area Coordinator, so you are never serving on your own.
Line Manager
A supervisor from your host church who meets with you weekly or fortnightly. KAGN provides a one-day training session to equip them.
Personal Mentor
A dedicated person, separate from your line manager, who invests in you as a person and prays with you.
Area Coordinator
Your KAGN contact in your area, alongside your host church.

Kingdom Alliance Global Network began with the shared vision, sacrifice and dedication of our Directors, Stephen and Nora Ashton, who relocated their lives and family from the United Kingdom to Ghana in October 2022. It was the culmination of a global vision born from 140 days of intentional prayer. Today that step has grown into a multi-national organisation dedicated to equipping, structuring and empowering people globally.
